I had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata. The pick-up service was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that could be improved, such as the towels and some room maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience with a lovely breakfast buffet. 😊
